Yes! All you need to do is send an inquiry with the confirmation email and provide us with the other person’s information such as name, email, and phone number, and we will make it happen!
No, we do not have games for two people, but you can join other groups of people and play with them!
If you’re not into being locked in a room with people you’ve never met, you can purchase all of the tickets for your desired time slot. If there are fewer than the maximum tickets available, someone has already bought 1 or more tickets for that game. Try a different time!

YES! All of our games a family friendly. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, and those under 6 years of age play for free! All players under 18 will need a parent/guardian’s signature on the safety waiver in order to play. It can also be signed by the guardian accompanying them to the event as well. You can download the safety waiver by clicking here.
All games are family-friendly, and none of the games are scary. Escape from the Puzzle Room and Pacific Rim:Shatterdome Defenders are both very popular for kids!
The recommended number of players is to ensure that the rooms don’t get over crowded and every player can have the best experience possible. That said – we may be able to accommodate the additional player depending on the game! Send us an inquiry or give us a call and we’d be happy to help.
If a game is sold out, there will be no door tickets available. We typically stick to the recommended numbers to ensure and protect the quality of the experience. With that in mind, if you and your team booked the whole room for your selves, then we may be able to squeeze an additional player in (dependent on the game).
Please be aware that adding an additional player would mean a little less space for everyone, though!

Check our Facebook page or Instagram page for regular updates as well. *Tickets usually go on sale two months ahead. (For example, all tickets for March will become available for purchase around January 1st.)

Our Japantown location on Post Street has street parking available as well as a garage across the street. Public parking fills up very quickly on weekends, so come early!
Our location at Polk street has only street parking so we’d recommend you utilize public transportation if possible, or be sure to arrive early to secure a parking spot!
Yes, but PLEASE BE AWARE we can only let people into a sold out game when there is a no-show, so your chances of getting into a game are pretty random. If you’re feeling lucky or adventurous, stop by! The worst that can happen is you don’t get in.
Nope. Because of our ticket cancellation policy, we do not have a waiting list.
We bring our event games to other cities as often as possible. Check facebook to stay in the loop, and we’d love to have you come visit us in San Francisco!
No, unfortunately we don’t have a public waiting area. However there are many nice cafes and restaurant near our locations that you can check out.
