What Is REAL ESCAPE GAME?

Real Escape Game (REG) is a live, puzzle-oriented entertainment event. It is unlike an escape room (which we have, too!) in that there are many teams all sharing one big event space. Work with your teammates to explore the area, find hidden clues and solve puzzles. You have only 60 minutes to find the final answer and escape from the story’s situation, not a physical room.

People of all ages and skill sets are welcome, especially those who enjoy puzzles! Real Escape Games are a great mental challenge, and you get better at them the more you play. This specific game will also require lots of movement as you explore the ballpark.

Real Escape Games are held in all sorts of fun venues with tons of different themes. More than 1,000,000 participants have played around the world, and now it’s your turn. This time around, you will have the chance to run around the famous AT&T Park - even on the field!

If you aren’t able to escape, that’s okay - we reveal the solution at the end of each game. This means that each game can only be played once, so don’t miss these limited engagements!

FAQ

1Is this the same as Escape from the Walled City?

No, this is an entirely new game based on AT&T Park. The contents are completely different.

2 How many people do I need to bring?

There is no team size limit for this game. You can play by yourself or team up with as many people as you’d like! However, we recommend teams of 3 to 6 people for the best game experience.

3 Do I need any special knowledge to play?

All aspects of the game will be in English. As always, the puzzles require no special skills or knowledge to solve.

4 Can I buy tickets as a gift for someone else?

Yes, you can! We recommend putting their name on the ticket, but fill out the rest of the contact info with your own data (so that they don’t see the confirmation email and spoil the surprise). Print out the tickets and wrap them up nicely as a great holiday/birthday/anytime gift!

5 What should I wear?

Please dress comfortably. Remember that this is an outdoor event requiring movement around the field, so dress for the ever-changing SF weather. Just remember that speed is important for escaping; do not bring or wear anything that will slow you down!

NO high heels or spiked heeled shoes are allowed in the stadium.

6 Where should I park?

Parking Lot A is located between Pier 38 and 3rd Street. From Lot A, it’s a 3 to 5 minute walk to the stadium. (Note: This is a PAID parking lot)

7 What happens if it rains?

The event will take place, even in the rain. In more extreme situations, such as natural disasters, check our website and Facebook page for event updates.

8 Can I bring food, water, etc?

Food and beverages are not allowed into the stadium. This includes alcoholic beverages and any illegal drugs. There will be a security check with metal detectors after check-in.

9 Can I bring my pet?

No animals are allowed into the stadium. The only exceptions are service animals.

10 Is photography allowed?

Because of the scale of this game, you can take photos of the clues this time. BUT please do not upload any spoilers to the internet or social media or tell other people the answers or puzzle content. That is NOT cool.

11 Do I get something if I escape?

The prize for winning is the priceless moment when you finally find the solution and everything falls into place. There WILL BE GLORY (and bragging rights)!!! Failure to escape, however, is nothing to be embarrassed about. Time is short and the mysteries are tough.

12 Am I trapped in the stadium if I don’t escape?

Don’t worry! If you don’t escape, we will still allow you to leave the stadium. Keeping you against your will is breaking the law!
