For upcoming ticket release dates, check our Facebook page. *Tickets usually go on sale one month ahead. (For example, all tickets for February will become available for purchase around January 1st.)

In general, door tickets are only available when there is a no-show. To protect game quality for all players, we don’t like to put more than max capacity players in the room at once. Of course, you’re an adult and you can make decisions for yourself. SO, if you bought all the spots for one game, you are welcome to squeeze an extra person in there. Just let us know in advance and have the extra person purchase the ticket at the door. Remember, there is a limited amount of physical space in the room and a limited number of puzzles to solve.

Yes. But PLEASE BE AWARE we can only let people into a sold out game when there is a no-show, so your chances of getting into a game are pretty random. If you’re feeling lucky or adventurous, stop by! The worst that can happen is you don’t get in.

If you can’t select a date or time, that game is sold out.
Big events are played in teams of 6. To play with your friends, start by buying 6 tickets for one timeslot! (If Eventbrite says you can’t because there is only one or two tickets left, you’ll have to pick another time. That game is almost sold out.) Then, and this is VERY IMPORTANT, show up a little early for the game and get in line together! In general, we can accommodate almost everyone who wants to play together, but sometimes there are one or two teams who show up a little late and get split up 🙁 Don’t let that happen to you! Show up early, just in case!
It does not matter whose name is on the ticket, as long as you have all of the tickets with you. Either printed or on your smart-device.
Currently, we don’t have a game for 2 or 3 players only. But you are more than welcome to join existing slots and play together with the other players. FYI, each game has minimum player requirements. To avoid cancellations, we recommend booking a slot that already has players also booked in it!

If you’re not into being locked in a room with people you’ve never met, you can purchase all 11 tickets for your desired time slot. If there are fewer than 11 tickets available, someone has already bought 1 or more tickets for that game. Try a different time!
YES! Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, and those under 6 years of age play for free! All players under 18 will need a parent/guardian’s signature on the safety waiver in order to play. It can also be signed by the guardian accompanying them to the event as well. In addition to San Francisco, we have rooms running in Los Angeles, San Jose and Toronto! We bring our big event games to other cities as often as possible. Check facebook to stay in the loop! Or come visit us in San Francisco!
No, unfortunately we don’t have public waiting area. However there are many nice cafes and restaurant near all our locations.
